Developing a first site for an organization involves different challenges depending on the target audience and the communication goals sought. Thus, on the site of the Order of Nurses and Auxiliary Nurses of Quebec, the audiences were twofold. On the one hand, the public, whom the Order must defend and inform. And on the other hand, the members who must be informed, trained, supported and sometimes disciplined. . In this case, like so many others, the role of a web project manager is to serve as a bridge between two worlds: that of technology (what is possible) and of communication (which serves the objectives of communication or client's business).
